We’ve taken an 3-5yr aged Caribbean Trinidad rum and then naturally spiced it with a secret recipe of 12 ingredients; wattle seed, fresh ginger, cinnamon, coffee, black pepper, and a touch of mulato chilli to name a few, yet its low in sugar and vanilla. This liquid is incredibly smooth and authentically spiced to give a full flavour which suits drinking over ice, with your favourite simple mixer or as a cocktail ingredient.
